Our online login platform has been developed to offer two options as Online Login and Online Investment Center. You can log in via the Online Login button for your operational transactions and stock transactions. If you would like to receive stock trading data broadcasting service, you can log in to your account via the Online Investment Center button. Click on the link for more information.

Each user downloading our Tacirler Mobile application launched by us on March 1, 2022 can monitor the data with a 15-minute delay, and transmit their data requests through two channels (Tacirler Investment Mobile / Online Investment Center). In addition, with the latest updates to Tacirler Investment Mobile application, you can enter your "Public Offering Application", "Intra-Organizational TRY Transfer", "Intra-Organizational Stock Transfer" orders and conduct your "Reconciliation" transactions within the application.

You can place your stock trading orders at the Tacirler Online Center 24 hours per day. While placing these orders, you can also benefit from our chain order application, which is a type of conditional order. You can also place orders by phone at our Head Office when you do not have internet access. You can monitor your portfolio in real time, make adjustments to your orders, monitor your executed and pending orders in full details and view your equity ratio, credit limit, zero margin limit, open clearing position limit and short selling limits.

You can re-activate your account by contacting our representatives at the Investment Center to which your account is linked. If your account was not opened as an internet account and you would like to conduct transactions online, it will be sufficient to update the relevant contracts, including the current contract, in relation with the products that you want to trade with, and complete your appropriateness test if it is missing, in order to activate your account.

Short selling is the process of placing orders to us through our website or data screens by selecting the short selling option for the stocks, which are available in the list announced by Tacirler Investment and which are not included in your portfolio, according to the continuously-updated limits determined in the framework contract. Before conducting a short selling transaction, particular attention should be paid to the transaction pricing rule. In short selling, the amount of request is 5.000 TRY and the multiples of this amount.

As Tacirler Investment, we also operate in the "Securities Lending Market", which is an organized market that brings together the investors intending to borrow securities for a certain period of time by providing a collateral in the type and amount determined by the Takasbank and approved by the CMB, and the investors intending to lend securities for the purpose of earning an additional revenue. Group A and B stocks traded on the Stock Exchange Markets and the Exchange Traded Fund participation certificates are exchanged in this market.

You can earn an additional revenue in your portfolio. You can earn an additional revenue by lending (renting out) the securities available in your portfolio at different maturities. The ownership of the securities that you lend belongs to you. If capital increase or the rights such as dividend payment arise in relation with the securities traded within the maturity period, you will benefit from these rights. Except for certain conditions, you are not entitled to sell the securities that you lend during this period, because you have to wait until the maturity date to receive the securities back. Through short selling, you can take the opportunity to benefit from the declines in the market. If you are expecting a decline in the securities market and you do not have any securities, you can take the opportunity to earn additional revenues from the declines by short-selling the securities that you have borrowed from this market, on the condition that you deliver these securities back at the end of the maturity period. To open a Futures and Options Market account, you must first have an account at Tacirler Investment. You can instantly open your account by approving online all contract sets that you can trade with according to the result of your Appropriateness Test, from the "Contracts That You Can Approve" section on the right side of the "Contracts and RBF" section at the Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center.

To open a credit account, you must first have an account at Tacirler Investment. If you have an account, you can personally make an application to our relevant Investment Center to open a credit account, or after approving the Credit and Short Selling Framework Contract through the Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center, you can place your limit request via the "Credit/Short Selling Limit Request Entry" button on the left.

You can complete the credit limit increase form and deliver it by hand to our nearest Investment Center or you can submit your Credit and Short Selling limit increase request to us online through the Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center section.

You can follow up the stock margin rates under the Credit Announcements section at the Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center. This list is updated and changed according to the status of the stocks, the index lists published by BIST and the assessments of our institution.

Credit and default interests are updated by the management of our institution according to the interest rate reduction or increase decisions of the Central Bank and the market conditions. You can get more information about our credit and default interest rates via destek@tacirler.com.tr.

When you log in for the first time with the password allocated to your internet account, you are required to click the Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center section at www.tacirler.com.tr and enter your account number in the account number field and the password given to you (six-character password allocated by phone from the Head Office) in the password field. When you log in for the first time, four fields (Password, new password, confirmation password, new confirmation password) will appear, where you can change your passwords. You can set the same password that you have just created in all four fields or you can set two separate passwords for the first two and the last two fields. The password given to you by phone is a single-use password and it can be only used for the first log-in. The new password must be entered in the password change field. Do not share your password with others including our employees. All password operations are carried out only by phone upon confirmation of your security information by our Support Department.

You can update it by sending your written declaration to destek@tacirler.com.tr. For the accounts opened at our Investment Centers, you must contact the relevant Investment Center.

For your address confirmation, you must send the relevant document (issued by the government authority in the country where the person lives or invoice breakdown for minimum last 3 months) to our Investment Center by e-mail or fax.

Collateral deposit transactions can be done online between 09:00 and 17:45 and until 18:00 by phone; collateral release transactions can be done online between 09:00 and 15:30 and until 15:30 by phone. We would like to remind you that cash collaterals deposited after 15:40 will not generate interest.

After logging into your Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center account, you can access to all reports regarding your transactions, as well as your account statements in the Reports menu.

A commission of 2 per ten thousand is charged to our clients for the finalized purchase and sale transactions.

You can place your online EFT/money transfer transactions between 07:00 and 15:00. A fee of 20 TRY is charged for your cash transfers under 5000 TRY. No fee is charged for the EFT transactions equal to and above 5000 TRY.

When placing an EFT order, all fields must be filled in completely, "Save as Fast EFT" must be marked and a registration name must be entered. You can use this registration in your subsequent transfers to the same account.

It is possible to conduct cash transfers or EFT transactions at our website until 15:00 every working day. However, stock transfers outside the Institution can be conducted with written instructions, while they can be conducted within the Institution through our website and mobile application until 17:00.

You can get information about the outgoing EFT transactions placed online by sending an e-mail to our Support team at destek@tacirler.com.tr. The speed of transferring the margins sent by you to Tacirler Investment account may vary because it is directly related to the systems and the trading processes of the institutions. You can get information about your orders by dialing 3 on our phone number 0212 355 46 46.

You can ask for a restriction on your EFT / Money Transfer limits by notifying your client representative or by sending an e-mail to destek@tacirler.com.tr about EFT / Money Transfer transactions made from your online account. This request may be related to a restriction on TRY amount or the failure to make EFT transaction at all.

To transfer money to your account at Tacirler Investment, you can access to our relevant bank account numbers from the online login section or from the Bank Account Information section of our website. To avoid any problems during the transfer process, do not forget to indicate your account number at our Institution and your name and surname in the description field. Transfer of securities will be carried out after you place an order to the bank or intermediary institution where your investment account is held. Institutions may follow different processes for this purpose. Also, in the above-mentioned order, you are required to specify the account at our Institution to which you are transferring the securities.

You can place your trading orders and use our other services from the Tacirler Online/Online Investment Center section at the Tacirler Investment website. You can follow up the trading orders that you have placed and their results at our website. However, if you fulfill certain conditions and make a relevant request, you can also conduct your buying and selling transactions by using data broadcasting screens that have different contents and terms of use. If you are an investment center client, you are required to place your requests directly to our investment center.

There could be restrictions on the online trading of certain stocks on which there is temporary injunction or the stocks with zero margin rate, or the stocks under close monitoring. It is not possible to buy these stocks on credit. If you have a cash balance, you can buy stocks by phone. Sales can be done online.

After stock sale transactions, you can use the cash balance in your account on the Settlement Day (generally T+2 day), which means the 2^nd business day after the sale transaction. It should be noted that it may be possible to combine clearing days into half working days.

You can place orders starting from 18:15. (You can place an order of minimum 3000 TRY between 18:15 and 09:40, and an order of 5000 TRY between 09:55 and 10:00). During the times outside the session, it is not allowed to place free-pricing orders to prevent any negative consequences for our clients due to lack of information.

Overnight repo is applied to your cash balances of 2.500 TRY or more that has been transferred into your account before 15:00.

If you do not want repo to be applied to your account, you are required to prepare a petition indicating that you do not want repo application (name-surname-account number-signed) and send it to the Investment Center to which your account is linked via fax or e-mail.

This does not prevent you from trading any investment instrument. It should be considered as cash.

Upon your request, you can place a buying order for the Stars Market stocks, announced by our Institution in the list of securities that can be subject to credit, for maximum 3 times your portfolio size, in relation with your intraday transactions – on the condition that you close the position at the end of the day or fulfill your cash obligation on the settlement day. For the Main Market stocks, you can place orders up to your Open Clearing Position Ratio, which is calculated based on the assets and margin rates in your portfolio. You cannot benefit from the additional buying limit for the stocks traded on the Sub-Market, Close Monitoring Market and Pre-Market Trading Platform. In order to place a buying order for these stocks, you must have sufficient free cash at the time of placing an order. If you do not close the position at the end of the day and fail to fulfill your cash obligation on the settlement day, default provisions will apply. In this case, your additional buying opportunity may be limited or completely terminated by our Institution. If you place your request to us through e-mail destek@tacirler.com.tr or by phone that you desire to make transactions only with the cash balance available in your account without using the additional buying opportunity, the necessary identification will be made in your account.

Your additional buying right has been restricted by our relevant departments due to your failure to fulfill your cash obligation arising from buying transactions that you have made by using this opportunity or your equity obligation for credit accounts. If you contact your client representative, you will be informed about the date on which your additional buying right can be re-allocated.

KİE button: It is the ‘‘Cancel the Remaining Portion’’ button. It is used to place a buying or selling order for the stocks over the active price. If you select the KİE option, the entire order will be canceled if it has not been executed, and the non-executed portion will be canceled if it has been partially executed. It does not wait in the passive status.

KPY button: It is the ‘‘Record the Remaining Portion in Passive Status’’ button. It is generally used for buying transactions with high amounts. If you select the KPY option, the entire order will be recorded in passive status if it has not been executed, and the non-executed portion will be recorded in passive status if it has been partially executed.

With the "Chain Order" step, you can create chain orders linked to your main order, so that you do not have to keep track of whether your order on the stock exchange has been executed or not in order to place a new order. Chain orders are subject to limit checks before being transmitted to the stock exchange when your main order is fully executed, and then they are automatically transmitted to the stock exchange. You can cancel your chain order at any time before the entire main order is executed.

Your accounts are, above all, under the assurance of robust equity capital and efficient internal control system of Tacirler Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. In addition, the "Investor Protection Fund", which was included in the new regulation introduced by the Law No. 4487, was founded with the purpose of fulfilling cash payment and stock obligations arising from stock transactions to the clients of the intermediary institutions, for which liquidation and bankruptcy orders have been issued. In the initial phase, the Fund will be able to pay 721.557 TRY of the total cash and stock claims of investors, who do not have sufficient or no stocks in their accounts, to cover their claims for the year 2023, without waiting for the result of the liquidation.

Foreign exchange buying and selling transactions cannot be made through our website. However, for your foreign exchange buying requests equal to and above 10.000 TRY, it is possible to execute foreign exchange buying and selling transactions if you contact our Treasury Department and submit your written orders for this purpose. You are required to place your relevant buying and selling requests by 14:00 every business day and by 10:00 on half-business days.

They are the stocks not included in the credit lists of BIST, the stocks for which there is a temporary injunction in terms of credit transactions as well as the stocks listed on the Stars Market and the Main Market, but for which no margin rate is granted by our Institution. You can only buy zero margin stocks if you have sufficient free (unblocked) cash. If you have these stocks in your portfolio, these stocks cannot be used as collateral for other transactions. Orders cannot be placed for these stocks even within the scope of the credit limit or by using the additional buying right.

It refers to a capital market instrument in the nature of a security that grants its holder the right to buy or sell the underlying asset or indicator at a pre-determined price on or until a certain date, and where this right is exercised in a dematerialized manner or with cash settlement. The investor buying a warrant does not buy an underlying asset, but the right to buy or sell such underlying asset in exchange for the price that he/she pays. It is mandatory to apply primary dealer in warrants. As it is a financial product included in the high risk group, we recommend that you obtain more information before making an investment decision.

It is a trading method in which the price range that can be traded in a security is determined and liquidity is provided by giving a bi-directional continuous quotation (price and quantity) in the securities traded by the multi-price & continuous auction method by an appointed member on his/her own behalf.

It is a trading method in which orders are accepted into the BIST Stock Market Trading System without any matching during a certain period of time, and a single price level is calculated that ensures the highest quantity of transactions at the end of this period, and all transactions are executed on this single price level. The method for determining the "Opening Price" is also applied to determine the single price on which the stocks traded in the single price transaction method will be traded at the end of each single price period.

It is the platform where the stocks of publicly-held companies, whose stocks are not traded on the Stock Exchange, are traded according to the decision of the CMB that allows these stocks to be traded on this Platform (formerly Free Trading Platform). To buy and sell the stocks traded on this platform, you are required to sign the relevant Risk Notification Form and send the original form to your branch. They are not subject to credit or short buying/selling transactions. Orders cannot be placed on the internet.
